Hollywood's biggest prankster James Franco has been at it again - this time sharing naked pics of himself and BFF Seth Rogen on Instagram.

The 36-year-old star posted a series of candid images in which the pair's modesty was only preserved by some digital doodles and pixellation - and the pics have prompted speculation that the pair are set to appear on a reality TV show.

Boom boom, NAKED and Afraid. Me and Seth, in the bush, naked, together. For reals.

One blurry image shows them frolicking together in the great outdoors, while another full-frontal portrait shows them arm-in-arm and wearing matching satchels.

He wrote on one: "Just survivin', Naked and Afraid. This is how we do. @sethrogen"

And on the other: "Boom boom, NAKED and Afraid. Me and Seth, in the bush, naked, together. For reals."

The captions have led followers to expect an appearance on the Discovery Channel's Naked And Afraid - a reality show in which contestants forage naked for food and have to find shelter from the elements.
