Jamie Foxx Laughs Off Katie Holmes Dating Rumours

The pair sent rumours flying when they were seen dancing and drinking together at a party in swanky East Hampton, New York, earlier this summer.

 

Katie was reported to have told friends that she hadn't had such a good time in ages, but now Mr Foxx has come out and said he and Katie are just good friends.

 

He said the stories about the supposed romance were "hilarious".

 

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he said: "[The rumours] are 100 per cent not true.

 

"In fact, it's quite hilarious because we simply danced at a charity event along with a lot of other people."

 

Holmes and Foxx attended the benefit night, Apollo In The Hamptons: A Night Of Legends in August.

 

The actress split from ex husband Tom Cruise in June last year and is now settled in New York with her seven-year-old daughter Suri.

 

She has been linked to a string of men since her divorce, including her Mania co-star Luke Kirby.
