The actress turns 17 years old tomorrow (Happy Birthday) and is currently pregnant with a baby fathered by Casey Aldridge.

He's now going to make her an honest woman but will have to get around Britney and Jamie Lynns fierce mother Lynn.

An insider told 'In Touch' mag: The contract is all drawn up and ready to go. Lynnes not sure marriage is a good idea, but she'll go along with that if thats what Jamie Lynn wants- as long as Casey signs the contract!

After rumours that 18 year old Casey has cheated on TV star Jamie the source added menacingly: Lynne is keeping an eye on him!
