Jared Leto left looking a little different after his appearance on The Tonight Show last night, as Jimmy Fallon took a razor to the Hollywood hunk's beard.

The 42-year-old actor was there to promote 30 Seconds To Mars' current concert tour, but instead received a bit of a trim after Fallon recommended a tidy-up to improve his look.

The BFF's also took part in an 'Intense Staredown', where the chat show host and singer both sat atop rocks dressed as Sherpas, pondering the mysteries of the universe.
