Foxy Brown has blasted Jay-Z for not being there for her while she was behind bars. The lady rapper, who partnered with her former mentor Jay on the hit Bonnie & Clyde, was sent to prison for eight months in 2007 for a probation violation. And while serving her porridge, Foxy had expected the rap superstar to visit her seeing as they go way back, and also because she showed him so much loyalty when 50 Cent tried to poach her from Def Jam records. "There are times when I just really needed him... and he just wasn't there," says Brown in Xxl magazine. "I've been incarcerated for eight months, and Jay's been everywhere, and he hasn't mentioned one thing about, 'Tell her I love her. Tell her to be strong.' That broke my heart more than anything. "When they sent me to jail, I just knew he would be there - everyone came. But he never showed up."
