Jay Z is set to headline Glastonbury this year, Michael Eavis has confirmed.

The New York hip hop star had been long rumoured for the hippy festival but it's now certain he'll be heading for Somerset this June.

Farmer Eavis said he wanted to: "Break with tradition this time and put on something totally different."

He's also stressed he wants to appeal to more young people.

Other likely headliners include Led Zeppelin and Radiohead.

The festival takes place June 27-29.
