Jay-Z Claims Britain Is "Broken"
And he wants to work with Lily
Jay-Z has told The Sun that Britain is broken.
"Everyone needs new blood once in a while. And Britain needs it to shake up the country,” he said.
“People are calling it Broken Britain, so there's obviously a problem. The rise of the BNP is also a problem.”
Jigga also claimed that David Cameron and Gordon Brown weren’t capable of engaging with young voters.
He continued to say: “Power is dangerous in the hands of the wrong person and it's up to the people to get them out of there - which goes back to voting.”
"We have to use that power. We can't just sit back and not vote - that's dangerous.”
In other Jay-Z news, he apparently wants Lily Allen to join him at the upcoming Wireless festival. “I spoke to Lily Allen. I’m trying to get her for Wireless,” Jay said.
“Hopefully that goes through. I known her for a minute, I think she’s a great artist, I respect her."
Jay and Lily have yet to collaborate on a track together.
