Jay-Z Sues Baseball Player Over Club

He's unhappy with David Ortiz...

Jay-Z is suing Red Sox baseball star David Ortiz over rights to the name of his nightclubs.
The rapper has a chain of 40/40 bars across the US whilst Ortiz has opened a Forty/ Forty establishment in the Dominican Republic.
The lawsuit from Jay and his business partner says: "David Ortiz is fully aware of Plaintiff's Manhattan 40/40 club, since he had been a patron there on several occasions before he opened his infringing Forty/Forty club."
Jay-Z wants $5 million in damages from the sportsman and for him to stop using the 40/40 name.
Ironically Ortiz is nicknamed Big Papi and often bats with Jigga's song of the same name playing.
The Red Sox are one of the main baseball rivals to Jay's beloved New York Yankees.
