Jay-Z to Play New York Gig

The rap legend steps out of retirement for the anniversary of his debut album...

Jay-Z is to play New Yorks Radio City Music Hall on June 25 to mark the 10-year anniversary of his debut album.
The gig, for which all 3000 tickets sold-out within two minutes of going on sale, will see the rap legend on-stage celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the release of 1996s Reasonable Doubt.
There are rumours that Jay-Z will perform the album in full at the gig, and will bring out several special guests, although he has remained pretty tight-lipped about the details.
"I don't want to put myself in a box, said Jay-Z of the special show. Anything can happen...I want the purist to be there - the 'Reasonable Doubt' lovers."
Jay-Z retired from music in 2003.
