Jay-Z To Work On Great Gatsby Score

Jay-Z has reportedly been signed up to write the score for the upcoming big screen remake of The Bullitts on a number of tracks for the Baz Luhrmann flick.

Announcing the collaboration on his Twitter page, Jeymes Samuel of The Bullitts wrote: "Jay-Z and myself have been working tirelessly on the score for the upcoming CLASSIC 'The Great Gatsby. It is too DOPE for words!"

The movie - based on the F Scott Fitzgerald novel - boasts a star-studded cast that includes Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan, Tobey Maguire and Isla Fisher.

The 1920s period drama is due for cinematic release on 10 May.
