Jay-Zreportedly wants to sign ex-Sugababes member Keisha Buchanan.
The Heidi Range, Amelle Berrabahand her replacement Jade Ewen have been quietly dropped by Jigga's label after landing a record deal in 2009.
Buchanan - who was the last remaining original member of the Sugababes - has been working on solo material after being ousted from the trio last September.
A source told The Mirror: "Jay is serious about getting her on board. They hit it off at the Brits after-party in London."
Regarding Sugababes current problems, the insider claimed: "Keisha will be gutted that things have not worked out so well for the band she helped create."
Sugababes' latest LP, Sweet 7 - their first release since booting Keisha out of the band has failed to make the top ten, charting at a disappointing 14.
