Jeff Buckley will hit the Top 5 this week with the most famous version of Hallelujah- just as Alexander Burke takes the same song to number one.
According to the midweek chart indie-legend Buckley is likely to make it to number 3 in the chart this Sunday.
Although he's only sold under 20% of what the X Factor winner has sold.
That makes it very unlikely Jeff will beat the new version to number one- despite some high profile campaigns to get it there.
Clever music industry bods are now set to re-release greatest hits collection So Real: Songs From Jeff Buckley on January 5.
It (obviously) includes the definitive version of Hallelujah and other tracks from Buckley's classic albums.
Writer of the song Leonard Cohen is likely to go Top 40 with his original of Hallelujah.
