Jemma Lucy Is Selling Her Eggs On Social Media: “Anyone Want Any?”
Jemma Lucy has figured out a way to make a bit of easy money after deciding to auction off her eggs on social-media to any women struggling with their fertility.
The former Ex On The Beach star has pursued multiple business ventures in her time but has recently come to the realisation that she could make a pretty neat income with the help of her womb and a casual 90,000 Twitter followers.
'Let's get checking out Jemma Lucy's incredible transformation over the years...'
The brainwave went down at some point last night, with Jemma kickstarting the bold new scheme with the simple message: “Yo I’m gona sell my eggs anyone want any.”
After a good selection of jokes about “free-range” and “double-yolked” produce, the 28-year-old did have a few people interested in taking her up on her offer - but negotiations soon hit a wall when she failed to come up with an actual pricelist.
When a fan responded: “We are having trouble with getting pregnant, how much are you selling them for anyway?” Jemma replied: “I’m swapping them for things. What u got that I might want.”
In most cases women have to be aged between 18-35 to donate their eggs – with clinics carrying out health checks includingblood tests and medical history appointments to ensure that the donor is in peak physical condition before undergoing egg retrieval.
No word on whether Jemma has managed to make her first sale yet, but it sounds like she's pretty serious about giving this venture a shot.
