Jennifer Aniston And Justin Theroux Have Split And Fans Are Calling For A Brad Pitt Reunion

Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have decided to separate after two and a half years of marriage, revealing that the decision 'was mutual and lovingly made' at the end of last year.

News of the amicable split broke last night and fans quickly jumped on social media with their reactions, with many making the observation that both Jen and her ex-husband Brad Pitt are single rn... just saying.

"In an effort to reduce any further speculation, we have decided to announce our separation. This decision was mutual and lovingly made at the end of last year. We are two best friends who have decided to part ways as a couple, but look forward to continuing our cherished friendship," began a statement released by Jen's publicist.

The statement continued: "Normally we would do this privately, but given that the gossip industry cannot resist an opportunity to speculate and invent, we wanted to convey the truth directly. Whatever else is printed about us that is not directly from us, is someone else's fictional narrative. Above all, we are determined to maintain the deep respect and love that we have for one another."

There was no shortage of Twitter reactions, loads of which had a certain two words in common: Brad Pitt.

Brad, who split from Angelina Jolie 16 months ago, was married to Jen from 2000 to 2005, and it seems there are plenty of people that never really let Bennifer go.

One person wrote: "Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have announced that they are separating. Hear that, Brad??"
