Jennifer Aniston has been spotted with a ring on her wedding finger, sparking rumours that shes engaged.

The Friends star, who recently split from singer John Mayer, was papped on her way to meet legendary director Woody Allen for lunch.

As the snappers snapped away, they noticed a new gold and jade ring on her engagement digit. Aniston is yet to comment on her shiny new friend or on her relationship status.

Could she be back with John Mayer?

Perhaps so, although when they split last month, she cited chemistry differences as the reason, which sounds pretty serious. Or could Woody Allen be the man behind Jennifers ring?
