Everyone's favourite on-screen couple are back, as Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper reunite in the first trailer for 'Serena'.

J-Law and Cooper first starred together in Silver Linings Playbook and laterAmerican Hustle, and now returnin the delayed period drama.

The Hollywood duo playmarried couple Serena and George Pemberton, who run a powerful timber empire in the North Carolina mountains in the 1920s.

Serena is a powerful and independent woman, to the point where upon discovering her husband's dark secret she threatens to destroy the world she has created.

The film is set to premiere at the 2014 BFI London Film Festival on October 13.

Serena will be in UK cinemas on October 24.
