The company essentially works to promote anti-corruption laws within the government, and Jennifer told Entertainment Tonight that she will be focusing all her energy on “getting young people engaged politically on a local level."

She continued: “It doesn't have anything to do with partisan [politics]. It's just...trying to pass state laws that can help prevent corruption [and] fix our democracy."

This isn’t the first time Jen has challenged the status quo. She recently spoke at a Cleveland high school on behalf of the same organisation to encourage some of the young students to be more politically engaged.

In addition to this, the 27-year-oldhas spoken up about equal pay and came forward to condemn the mistreatment of women in the film industry with an insight into some of her own experiences.

Good on Jen for taking some time out from the flashing lights to use her voice for good.
