Jennifer Lopez has told MTV News about the inspiration behind her new album.

The star (pictured above wearing our nan's hat) said: Obviously its an album about love like my other albums but this ones about a person whos been through the storm and has found themselves in a positive place.

Its up tempo, its dance music, Lopez told us.

After being spotted in L.A hanging out with David and Victoria Beckham, J.Lo revealed why she likes Posh:

I think that she carries herself in a way thats interesting and dynamic, and fashionable and women always need those types of role models.

Talking about her new video to single Do It Right the actress-turned-warbler says: I love exploring different things in videos, pushing the envelope and exploring different sides of yourself.
