Jersey Shore star Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi has been spared jail following her charges for 'disorderly conduct.'
According to the New York Daily News, Snooki escaped a prison sentence after she was arrested in July for being a 'public nuisance' on a New Jersey beach.
Despite not being locked-up, Judge Damian Murray did give the poof-haired reality TV star one day of community service and a fine of $500.
Snooki previously 'played down' the incident to our US team after denying all the charges against her.
The 22-year old claimed: "I don't know why people take it so seriously. I had a couple cocktails, and they just put me in a drunk tank to sober me up."
Polizzi had previously expressed that she feared she could end up in jail stating: "I'm too pretty to be in jail. I'm a good person. I'm not a criminal and I will never go back there."
After learning that she had been spared from a potential 30 day prison sentence, Snooki said:"I would definitely like to apologise to the Seaside Heights cops".
