Jessie J, Adele Receive MTV Video Play Awards

Jessie JandAdele are among the list of artists to receive double platinum status fromJennifer Lopez's video foDavid Guetta became the first artist ever to score four platinum videos, with Who's That Chick, Without You, Where Them Girls At and Sweat all surpassing 10,000 plays.

Lady GaGa's Born This Way, Rihanna's What's My Name and Britney Spears's Till The World Ends were also handed platinum MTV Video Play Awards.

Executive vice president music and talent/programming at Viacom, Bruce Gillmer stated: "The MTV Video Play Awards are a perfect example of MTV's unrivalled scale, support and ability to connect artists to literally millions of fans in every corner of the world."
