JLS In US Label Bidding War

Two US record label giants are hoping to sign the UK group...

JLS are reportedly holding talks with record labels in the US in a bid to crack America.
 
The Beat Again boys are said to be at the centre of a bidding war between two major American labels Epic and Jive Records – both of which are owned by Sony Music Entertainment.
 
According to The Sun, the group which shot to fame on the X Factor are: “thrashing out a deal at the moment”.
 
The source added:  "With Jive behind them the band have a very good chance of going all the way in America."
 
 
JLS seem to have already made an impression stateside with their debut UK number single Everybody In Love allegedly being played on some US radio stations.
 
The boys, who are already nominated for 3 BRITs this year are already signed to Epic in the UK, and have reportedly confirmed a £1 million publishing deal with EMI.
 
Jive Records already boasts of an impressive line-up on their books including the Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake with Jessica Simpson, Shakira and Jennifer Lopez on Epic US’ roster.
