JME Drops New Mixtape Made In Just 48 Hours
JME drops a new mixtape
Four vocals, four skits, two instrumentals. That's the number of tracks JME managed to record and create in the space of a mere 48 hours ahead of his performance at Wireless festival.
In a collaboration with Noisey and Pepsi Max, grime prince JME took part in a new documentary series that sees him travel all over London to create a mixtape in just two days. It's the first part of a three part series called '48 Hour Mixtape'.
JME utilises the skills and talent of friends such as London entertainer Poet, singer/songwriter and producer Shakka (to name a few) and manages to transform soundbytes of kids playing in a park, drum beats and a variety of instruments into something pretty special.
Check out the making of the mixtape below. Have a listen here.
