Joan Rivers Out Of Intensive Care
But veteran funnywoman still believed to be on life support...
Joan Rivers is reported to be out of intensive care following her recent heart attack in hospital.
The veteran comedienne, 81, was placed in a medically induced coma following her cardiac arrest during an operation on her vocal chords.
And although she is still believed to be on life support, her daughter Melissa Rivers revealed in a statement that her mother has been moved to her own room.
"My mother has been moved out of intensive care and into a private room where she is being kept comfortable," the 46-year-old said in a statement.
"Thank you for your continued support."
Rivers was rushed to the Mount Sinai Hospital last week when she had the heart attack during surgery at a nearby clinic in Manhattan, NYC.
