Josh Hutcherson is reported to be in talks to appear in a movie about drug lord Pablo Escobar with Benicio Del Toro.
The Hunger Games star Josh, 20, is claimed by Deadline to be in the frame for the role of a young Irish surfer called Nick who becomes involved with the niece of the notorious cocaine trafficker.
The movie will be the directorial debut of Andrea di Stefano from The Life Of Pi and is set to begin filming in Panama in March next year.
Josh is expected to join the shoot after wrapping on Catching Fire, the sequel to The Hunger Games.
