You Can Actually Visit 'Jurassic World' IRL
We investigate the sets you can walk straight into...
Want to visit Jurassic World in real life WITHOUT all the dinosaur death?
You can do that... and it's in Hawaii!
We toured the real-life locations of the world-record breaking blockbuster in the video above.
You can walk into the actualy iconic Indominus Rex enclosure and investigate the escaped dinosaur's claw marks a la Chris Pratt at Kualoa Ranch, Honolulu, where it was filmed.
Meanwhile, the Gyrosphere Loading Bay from the film has also been left standing in the green surrounds of the ranch - so you two can join the line. Queueing has never been so epic.
The original Jurassic Park movies were filmed at the very same ranch, and it offers tours of fhe movie locations in awesome ATV-style!
You can even pose on THE LOG.
And if, like us, you have never wanted anything more in life than to visit Jurassic World's kiddie petting zoo, then brace yourself: IT EXISTS. Kind of.
Honolulu Zoo was the filming location for those scenes. Fun fact: chickens were filmed for the movie, and then digitally altered into tiny dinos for the final scene.
Suddenly the dinosaurs seem a little less terrifying...
