Arthur's single dropped to No 2, while Will.I.Am's Scream & Shout (ft. Britney Spears) also fell one place to No 3.

Rihanna's Stay (ft. Mikky Ekko) rose two spots to No 4 and Bruno Mars' Locked Out Of Heaven fell two places to No 5.

Over in the Official UK Albums Chart, Emeli Sandé grabbed the Christmas No 1 with Our Version Events, which rose three places since last week in a flurry of last-minute gift-buying.

Olly Murs' Right Place Right Time was a non-mover at No 2, as was Michael Bublé's Christmas at No 3.

Last week's No 1, Bruno Mars' Unorthodox Jukebox, dropped to No 4 - and Neil Diamond's The Very Best Of Neil Diamond rounded out the top five.
