Stephen Amell has revealed that he is desperate to be involved in the proposed Justice League movie, joking that he'd "sweep the floors when they done" if it meant getting in on the action.
The actor currently stars in US TV series Arrow, and believes the Green Arrow could play a major role in the DC ensemble film.
In an interview with SciFiNow, Amell said: "I think that Green Arrow has an opportunity to mature in much the same way Iron Man did in the Marvel universe.
"He wasn't necessarily a top level character, but because they made an Iron Man movie and it was successful, it vaulted him up and now he anchors The Avengers."
And Stephen thinks now could be the time to strike for the superhero archer.
"It's always up to what's popular at the moment," he explained. "Right now archery seems to be having a mini renaissance, so hopefully he can settle into a firm rotating member of the DC Justice League of America."
Though yet to be confirmed, following the success of Superman reboot Man Of Steel, Zack Snyder is expected to direct the planned Justice League movie.
