Arrest Warrant Issued For Justin Bieber In Argentina
A judge in Argentina has issued a warrant for the arrest of pop star Justin Bieber.
The 21-year-old singer was involved in a fracas with a photographer outside a nightclub in the nation's capital Buenos Aires in 2013.
And last November a magistrate called for Biebs to return within 60 days to face a charge in person.
Because he's been a no-show, Reuters reports that a judge has now ordered that he be collared as soon as he sets foot in the country.
The news agency quotes Judge Alberto Julio Banos as writing in a legal order: "I consider it pertinent to order the immediate detention of the accused."
A bodyguard for the star was the subject of a similar order.
Bieber appears to have no concert dates scheduled for Argentina, or anywhere else for that matter.
