Bieber won gongs for UR Fave New Artist, UR Fave Video for Baby and Video Of The Year By A Canadian award for One Time.

Appearing on stage the teen heartthrob said: “Coming from a small town in Canada - repping (representing) Stratford, Ontario - I just wanna say, this means the world to me.

 

“It's my first award, and to have it in Canada is just amazing. I want to say thank you to all my fans who got me in this position.”

Toronto native Drake bagged two awards at the MMVAs- which were presented by The Jonas Brothers.

 

Miley Cyrus picked up International Video Of The Year for Party In The USA. She dedicated the win to her dad Billy Ray on Father’s Day.
