Bieber Sued By Ex-Bodyguard Over 'Unpaid Wages'
Moshe Benabou also claims he was assaulted by JB...
Justin Bieber is reportedly being sued by an ex-bodyguard.
According to E! Online, JB's former employee Moshe Benabou filed a lawsuit against the singer at Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday (10th January) where he claims JB owes him a total of $421,261 (£260,831) in unpaid wages with compensation.
Benabou also alleges that Justin assaulted him backstage at a show on 10th October 2012.
E! claims the legal documents state: "Justin Bieber, egged on by a small group of his 'companions,' launched an abusive tirade against Moshe Benabou.
"The tirade was apparently triggered by what Justin Bieber perceived as an attempt by Moshe Benabou to keep one member of Mr Bieber's entourage physically away from Justin Bieber.
"As part of his tirade, Justin Bieber repeatedly punched [the plaintiff] in the chest and upper body area."
Justin is then said to have fired Benabou straight after the alleged incident, with the bodyguard also claiming he was not paid overtime, holiday pay or received any payments following his sacking.
Sources close to Biebs have dismissed Benabou's claims to TMZ, describing him as a "disgruntled employee looking for money", while branding the assault allegations "absurd".
