"Detectives are currently interviewing the victim," officer Rosario Herrera told The Hollywood Reporter. "It was reported at 10.30pm Monday night to our Devonshire location and occurred earlier in the day in the Valley."

Justin was arrested back in January for allegedly driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired licence. His trial was meant to take place this month, but has had its start date moved to July 7th.
