Breezy turned the ripe old age of twenty-two yesterday, and JB was hoping to speak to the She Ain't You singer to send his best wishes, but ended up talking to an old man and not Chris.
Explaining the mishap on Twitter, the 17-year old tweeted: "Chris Brown happy birthday man... call me cuz (because) u programed (sic) yr (your) new number wrong in my phone. I was calling this old guy who didn't believe he was talking to me."
Whoops! In other Justin Bieber news, reports have suggested that he could be forced to cancel some of his My World tour dates in Japan, after members of his crew expressed their concern about visiting the earthquake hit country.

JB is supposed to be performing in Osaka on 17th May, before hitting Tokyo two days later, but according to Hollyscoop TV, some of Justin's crew have refused to go, meaning the star may have to cancel the dates.
Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is said to be unhappy with their reaction, allegedly telling them: "Man the f**k up and do the right thing by these kids."
Despite his best efforts, some of Biebs' crew have insisted that it is still not safe to travel to Japan, despite the cities where the concerts are scheduled being deemed safe.
