After being spotted together in Canada recently, Justin Bieber has finally ended speculation over his relationship status with on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez.

The Confident singer confirmed that 'Jelena' are definitely back on as he answered questions in another deposition earlier this week (11 September).

Biebs was asked a series of questions by lawyers as part of his legal battle with a photographer who claims the singer assaulted him.

According to reports by Gossip Extra, the lawyer of the paparazzo asked the star: "As of today, what is your relationship with Selena Gomez?"

"We're dating", the singer confirmed.

"You mean you're boyfriend-girlfriend?", he was asked again, to which Justin answered: "We are."

It was the second round of questioning Bieber was forced to sit through by the court, as he refused to answer several questions - including those about his romance with Selena - the first time around.

In a video of the first deposition related to the case, the singer is seen wagging his finger to the lawyer as he dismissed any questions related to the former Disney singer.

"Don't ask me about her again. Don't ask me about her again," he says repeatedly in the footage.
