Justin Bieber's cameo in CSI has premiered in the US, showing a 'darker-side' to the 16-year old.
The Somebody To Love singer, who plays troubled-teen Jason McCann in the hit series, made his acting debut in the first episode of the new season, entitled Shock Waves.

In the show, the CSIs are trying to track down McCann's brother, a bomb suspect who has a serious grudge against the cops, which leads them to Bieber's character Jason for information.
The teen sensation has received praise for his role in the show, with CSI executive producer, Carol Mendelsohn claiming he did 'a really good job.'
Speaking to our US team about JB, Carol stated: "I thought that he did a really good job. We only had Justin for a day, for 10 and a half hours, and he had a lot of work crammed into those 10 and a half hours,"

She added: "And he had one super big scene, and the scene was an interrogation scene in the police department with [actor] George Eads, and George actually took Justin under his wing."
Despite the episode only hitting US TV screens last night, Bieber fans will have to wait until next February to find out what happens to McCann, when his storyline is picked up again in a few months.
