Justin Bieber DUI, Drag Racing Charges Dropped?

As Backstreet Boy AJ McClean says he wants to chat to Biebs...

Justin Bieber is allegedly no longer facing DUI and drag racing charges.

According to state records via Miami-Dade County Court Clerk's website, the 19-year old now only faces one charge of resisting arrest without a valid licence.

The documents show that JB was released from jail after posting bail of $2,5000 following his arrest on Thursday (January 23) when he was caught speeding in a rented Lamborghini.

Biebs was due to attend a hearing regarding the case on Monday (January 27) but is thought to have stayed in Panama.

His mentor Usher and manager Scooter Braun later paid a visit to the North American country, where TMZ claim the pair staged a 'sit down' with the teen idol following his arrest.

Meanwhile, Backstreet Boys star AJ McLean has revealed he also wants to chat to Biebs about his recent behaviour, telling People he wanted to contact Braun to "have a sit-down, take him [Justin] under my wing, and tell him what it was like for me at that age, and maybe see if he will actually hear me."

He added that his recent antics could be a "cry for help", suggesting: "Who knows who he's surrounding himself with that are egging him on, no pun intended.

"One of the first things I would say is one of the tattoos that I have on me that says, 'What are you doing?' Are you trying to prove something to yourself? Are you trying to prove something to the press and the media? Are you trying to flip everyone the bird and say, 'I can do what I want!'?

"Or are you trying to ask for help and you're not going about it the right way? This could be a cry for help for all we know. Hopefully he'll want to sit down and we can have a little chat."

He added: "Obviously he has to go through what he's going through, and hopefully he comes out the other end a better, stronger human being."
