Justin Bieber's trial date for alleged driving under the influence, resisting arrest and having an expired driving licence has been postponed to 5 May.
The 20-year-old pop star was arrested in Miami Beach on 23 January amid claims of drag racing in his sports car, which were hotly denied by the singer.
A hearing yesterday saw the case delayed so that judges could review footage of Biebs in custody, to determine whether its inclusion in the case would violate his privacy.
However prosecutors denied that a plea deal had been cut with the star, as had been reported in the media.
Biebs took to Twitter this week to fight his corner over leaked video footage from his deposition in another ongoing legal case.
