Justin Bieber 'Narrowly Escaped' Being Arrested
For throwing a water-balloon at a police officer...
Prankster Justin Bieber may have CSIas 'bad man' Jason McCann, but the singer is said to have had a 'narrowly escaped' being arrested in real-life last weekend after throwing a water-balloon at a US State Trooper.
The 16-year old singer was reportedly almost put in handcuffs by the officer, who was left wet and angry after Justin threw the water-balloon at him.
However, lucky for JB his bodyguard was on hand to talk the fuming officer out of arresting the teen sensation moments before he was due on stage in Maryland earlier this week.
A source told a local news station that the One Time hitmaker was: "horsing around with members of his staff outside a trailer, when one of the balloons hit a trooper's gun belt and burst, and the other brushed a trooper on the chest but didn't burst."
Justin's behaviour has been described as 'inappropriate' by police but no further action against the teen sensation will be taken.
Meanwhile, Bieber's mentor Usher has revealed that he was 'destined to manage' the teenager.
The OMG singer, who discovered Justin on YouTube claimed: "I feel as if God specifically placed [Bieber] in front of me, because of how I started."
"I understood the hardships of trying to find yourself in this industry at that age, and I wanted him to have an instant, organic connection to his fans. And he's done that."
He added: "He just has these natural talents - and some you haven't even seen yet."
