Justin Bieber has released a teaser clip from his raunchy new music video for track, All That Matters.

The 19-year old took to Twitter to post the 16-second snippet of the promo, which was [uuid=39fa2efd-fb6d-43af-8023-17bbee57bce5]released last month[/uuid] as part of JB's #MusicMondays campaign.

In the clip, Justin can be seen getting up close and personal with a scantily-clad female love interest.

He also appears topless in the vid, as the blonde girl drapes herself over his shoulders before they kiss.

[uuid=39fa2efd-fb6d-43af-8023-17bbee57bce5]Previously talking of the song's meaning[/uuid], Biebs stated: "The lyrics of this song are pretty self explanatory - when you fall in love with someone, that someone can make you feel whole.

"I feel like anyone who has been in love knows what I mean. The song conveys that being in love is one of the greatest feelings on earth. Love is all that matters. But the void you feel when love goes away is gut-wrenching."

Justin added: "I worked so heard on this song in the studio - trying to put that feeling into music was extremely important to me. I'm happy to share it with you."

The full promo is due to premiere on December 2.
