Justin Bieber To Be Charged With Felony Vandalism?

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department has recommended Biebs be prosecuted in egg-throwing case...

Justin Bieber could be charged with felony vandalism in relation to his recent egg-throwing antics.

Back in January, LA police raided Justin's Calabasas home after a neighbour accused the Confident singer of pelting their house with eggs and allegedly causing $20,000 of damage.

Bieber's pal Lil Za was later arrested on suspicion of cocaine possession as a result of the search.

Now, Lt Dave Thompson of the LA County Sheriff's Department has told TMZ that he has recommended that the district attorney prosecute Justin for felony vandalism.

He told the website: "I went to the DA's Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony. Of course I want a felony."

A decision regarding the case is expected to be made in the next week.

The 19-year old is already facing separate driving-related charges in Miami, as well as an assault charge in Toronto for an alleged assault on a limo driver.

Biebs also hit the headlines this week after he was spotted partying topless with P Diddy, Rick Ross and rumoured girlfriend Chantel Jeffries in Atlanta.
