Justin Bieber is apparently prepping his second official photo book, due for release later this year.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Lil Wayne are all rumoured to have contributed to JB's new record, as well asWill.I.Am - who confirmed at The Brit Awards last night (21st February)[uuid=a380c0b7-cccc-4b8c-844d-e7cc09597c2d] that Justin will appear[/uuid] on his forthcoming album #WillPower.
Believe is the follow-up to the Baby singer's Christmas-themed Under the Mistletoe LP, which was released in late 2011.
