Justin Bieberhas appeared to confirm he's taking a break from music on Twitter.
The Boyfriend hitmaker took to the social-networking site to write the cryptic message after [uuid=99caa4bb-4905-42a0-b4ae-6401a8bb3e01]he was booed[/uuid] when accepting the Milestone Award at the Billboard Music Awards 2013 on Sunday (May 19).

Reacting to the negative respond, JB said in his acceptance speech: "I'm 19 years old. I think I'm doing a pretty good job."
"From my heart I really just want to say it should be about the music, about the craft. This is not a gimmick. I'm an artist and I should be taken seriously."

However, Justin has now appeared to hint at a possible hiatus from showbiz, tweeting: "Gonna take some time."

Bieber then hit back at criticism he's received in the press, writing: "I know who I am. #giveback" - which he accompanied with a video clip of himself donating food to a elementary school in Las Vegas.
The 19-year old then concluded he was "focused" on making new music, which he's been jotting down in his music journals.
