Justin Bieber, Will Smith Have 'Weekly Phone Calls'
Actor has been counselling JB through his recent rough patch...
In an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Reporter, JB explained that prior to the phone calls, the 45-year-old Hollywood star visited his house while he was going through a rough patch in May, after returning from his Believe world tour.
After seeing positive results from the 19-year-old during the visits, the two continued the ‘counselling’ sessions on a weekly basis via phone.
JB’s manager Scooter Braun, who was also featured in the interview, told THR that Smith advised him: “Justin's got to go through it. You can't stop him from going through it."
He added: “That's youth in itself. He's a young man who's growing up, and that's what makes him interesting and relatable. Otherwise, he'd be some kind of weird robot.”
In the same interview, the Never Say Never star also went on to hit back at haters, stating that he “doesn't give a f***”.
He explained: “Not 'I don't give a f***' to just be reckless and do whatever, but 'I don't give a f*** what they say.”
Biebs is currently on the final leg of his Believe world tour, which concludes on December 8.
