Justin Bieber's Dad Speaks Out, Defends Son
Jeremy Bieber is believed to have been with Justin on the night of his arrest...
Justin Bieber’s father has spoken out on Twitter, defending his son.
As we previously reported, Miami Beach Police booked the Baby singer on Thursday morning on suspicion of DUI, drag racing, driving with an expired licence and resisting arrest after he was caught speeding in a rented Lamborghini.
Earlier today Justin’s dad, Jeremy Bieber, tweeted: “I can protect my kids, but I can't protect them from you and your lies. Believe in the truth not in the lies of the enemy. #reallife.”
Jeremy was apparently with his son in Miami on the night of Justin’s arrest. Earlier that day the two went for a walk on the beach followed by a Segway ride, reports E!.
Yesterday Jeremy also sent Justin – and his two half siblings, Jazmyn and Jaxon – a message on the social networking site that just said: “Love.”
Justin’s colleagues in the music industry have also come out in support of the singer, with manager Scooter Braun and even Lady Gaga both tweeting messages of support for the troubled teen.
