Speaking to Canada's CTV News Ottowa, Biebs' grandmother Diane Dale defended the Boyfriend singer and admitted she feels bad about the paparazzi's invasion of his private life.
Dale said: "It's totally crazy. I feel sorry for Justin all the time because paparazzi pick on him all the time.
She continued: "Anybody else's kids have done the same thing but nobody says anything.”
Justin's Grandpa Bruce Dale was also on hand to back him up.
He added: "He's just a 19-year-old boy - and before you criticise him, say, 'What is my 19-year-old boy doing?'"
Biebs has been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons lately, most recently for being [uuid=d995054c-7433-48a4-a445-74eac96e87d5]caught on film urinating[/uuid] into a mop bucket.
The Baby star is currently in Canada performing shows as part of his Believe World Tour.
