Justin Bieber has a New Year treat for all his fans… a collaboration with rapper Lil Twist.

The singer has leant his vocals on the rapper's new tune Intertwine, having previously worked with Twist on tracks Twerk and Wind It.

Lil Twist and JB are long-term friends, with the Texan artist previously living with the star at his home in Calabasas, California before being asked to leave in 2013 after causing "havoc" in the neighbourhood.

The release of the song comes after Justin hinted that his Beliebers can expect a new album in 2015.

During a Twitter convo with MTV US, Biebs was asked: “Hi, Rihanna and Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus. Please bless us with new albums in 2015."

Justin later replied: “No problem.”
