The video was filmed in New York City, and according to a statement on Justin’s official website it “harkens back to the days when the nightlife ruled the city and beckons everyone within earshot that the night holds endless possibilities.”
Take Back the Night follows on from Justin’s latest chart-toppers Mirrors and Suit & Tie. The clip premiered today (July 30) on Vevo – you can check it out above!
Timberlake is riding a wave of success at the moment, having tied with [uuid=e819e532-eda6-4bd5-ad55-9138d9514d61]Macklemore & Ryan Lewis[/uuid] for a leading six nominations at the upcoming 2013 MTV Video Music Awards! He’s also set to kick off his 20/20 Experience World Tour in Montreal this October.
