Justin Timberlake's New Album Will "Create A New World Order"

'Man of the Woods' sounds more intriguing by the day...

Justin Timberlake seemingly announced a new musical direction with the trailer for his new album, one of country roots inspired by rain forests.

Anyone describing it as a country album should stop now though, according to producer and frequent JT collaborator Danja, as'Man of the Woods'won't stray too far from his signature R&B and hip-hop sounds.

In a new interview with Complex, the legendary producer opens up about the album'sinfluences and how it's about to "create a new world order".

"I don't know who ever said he was making a country album. You know, he's always mixing a lot of different thingstogether," he says."It's always funk,R&B, soul, hip-hop, country."

"I like to think of 'Filthy'as the disruption between the world we'relivingin and his world."

"'Filthy'was just that kick in the door: "I'm here, let me erase everything that you've been listening to," he said before listing "that emotional, tropical island-y, vibe-y"music that JT apparently isn't such a fan of.

""Let me disrupt the order, the world order and kind of create a new world order" with this world that he grew up in."

While describing it as a new world order could sound quite extreme, it's clear that the 'Mirrors' singer simply isn't chasing radio trends and has instead made the music he always has, with a little bit of the music he's always wanted to make.

'Filthy' is very reminiscent of Timberlake's timeless second album'FutureSex/LoveSounds'and not country at all so at this point we really do not know what to expect.

Luckily for us, we're getting three more songs this month as Justin is releasing a new single (and video!) every Friday in January.
