Kaisers' New Album Details

Ooh, new material for Girls Aloud to get their manicured mitts on!

Leeds lads the Kaiser Chiefs have announced they've finished the follow-up to their massive debut album 'Employment'.

The new long-player doesn't have a name yet but is pencilled in for release in February and a single called 'Ruby' will precede it.

The brand new tune will be available on download on Februray 12 - a week before it hits the shelves.

Meanwhile the boys - who we revealed last week are angry with Girls Aloud for covering and altering their anthem 'I Predict A Riot' - are also set to play a string of UK shows around the release of the record.

This should warm them up nicely for their bid to crack the States.

The boys recently revealed they'll tour America in April in conjunction with NME - and front man Ricky Wilson made no bones about the band's ambition, saying it's their aim "to take over the world".

Hear, hear....
