Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting might be best-known for her role as Penny in The Big Bang Theory - but her movie career is on the up and up as well.

And the 28-year-old star appears as a bride hoodwinked by her husband in new comedy The Wedding Ringer, alongside co-leads Kevin Hart and Josh Gad.

A lengthy trailer has been released for the film, which sees awkward and friendless groom Gad hire Hart to pose as his best man at his wedding.

But as is the way in Hollywood comedies, the chalk-and-cheese pair inevitably find common ground despite their differences.

The film hits UK cinemas next February.
