Kano has recently released a free mixtape full up of new tracks and cover tunes from the likes of Tinie Tempahand more entitled Jack Bauer: The 7 Day Edition.

Kano said on his Twitter: "OK the mixtape is born! Call it a little present from me before I drop the big 4th album Method to the Maadness this summer. For now, here's quick thing I threw together in a week (7 days for real)."

He added: "The tapes called Jack Bauer and I named it that because I felt like Jack from 24 working to a deadline to get this s**t done ever since I opened my big f**kin' mouth and said that I could do it. Yo everyone, thanks for the beats and respect to Mikey J one time! This is for the endz. Download it and enjoy it."
